Complete Till Death by taking the Red Ribbon from a grave outside the Village Church, placing it on the wreath in the Bride's former arena, then resting at a Lantern and returning to examine the wreath again. Placing the ribbon gives you Tomorrow's Promise Amber, but it is not the final quest interaction.
You must first defeat Anna, the Bride Drowned in Tears, and inspect the wreath at the altar in her arena. The ribbon is farther along the Cursed Hollow route, so you cannot finish everything at the moment you first discover the wreath.
Start at the Bride's altar
After the Bride fight, examine the wreath toward the end of the arena. This starts the search for the missing ribbon. Keep the altar's position in mind: the later pickup is by a different grave, and completion requires bringing that item back here.
Continue through Cursed Hollow until you reach the Village Church. Follow the chapter through the chapel, where the Claymore is found, and clear the enemies before using the exit on its far side. This marks the point where you can make the short detour for the quest item.

Collect the Red Ribbon outside the church
- Leave the chapel through the door opposite the approach.
- Follow the route around the outside of the building.
- At the split, take the right-hand path toward the graves, past the mausoleum.
- Find the blue memory and inspect the grave with the wreath in front of it.
- Pick up the Red Ribbon before leaving the dead end.

The blue memory is a useful landmark, but do not leave after only watching it. Check that you have actually collected the ribbon. The grave supplies the item; it is not where you place it to finish the Bride's investigation.
If you are following a guide that begins at a different Lantern, use the church, mausoleum and grave as the fixed landmarks rather than assuming that every nearby checkpoint leads directly to the same wreath.
Return the ribbon, then revisit after resting
Return to the altar in the original Bride arena. Interact with its wreath or table and place the Red Ribbon. You receive Tomorrow's Promise Amber at this stage.

The remaining journal prompt means there is still another interaction to perform:
- Go to a nearby Lantern and rest.
- Return to the same altar.
- Examine the wreath again after it has bloomed.
This final visit completes Till Death. Do not search for another ribbon simply because the quest remains active after the first reward. The missing step is the rest-and-return sequence.
Understand Tomorrow's Promise before equipping it
Tomorrow's Promise changes the Ferrofluid Flask's recovery into healing over time instead of its usual immediate recovery. That changes how you can use a flask during a dangerous exchange: the health does not arrive all at once.
The Amber can suit a plan that gives you time to recover after drinking. If you rely on an immediate heal before the next hit, consider that tradeoff before replacing another Amber. This is a playstyle choice, not a requirement for completing Till Death.
If you already own Tomorrow's Promise, the additional pickup can improve the existing Amber rather than providing a separate new effect. For the general duplicate-upgrade system, use the dedicated Amber upgrade guide.
